This facility does not care to remedy the situation of my mother's missing items. I have filed a formal complaint twice! My mother has been at this facility since 2016. Over the years they have removed items from her room and have never replaced them. The items totalling $350 still have yet to be replaced even after filing formal complaints with this company. They state her items are either in storage or they'll look into it but never get back to me and never go to storage to verify they're in there. Its very frustrating because I feel they don't care about what residents own and never get replaced.

Desired Outcome

The following items that were taken from my mothers room, totaling $350 were: Glasses False teeth Himalayan salt lamp Cd radio 5 Elvis cd's Shampoo Conditioner Socks House slippers 2 blankets 2 jackets Body lotion Body spray 5 stuffed animals Alphabet board with letters Dry erase board with chart Flowers Balloons Photos of the family Birthday and mothers day cards …

The staff are very rude and sarcastic and don't care about patients. Nurses do not pass out meds on time and make patients wait 2-3 hours for meds that are always past due. The case manager, social worker and other staff just don't care.
