  1. Q: How do I process a warranty claim?
    A: Contact your dealer or place of purchase. Warranty begins at the products's date of purchase. If the item is still within warranty period and has an issue covered by warranty, the dealer will file a warranty claim with Treasure Garden. From there, Treasure Garden will honor valid warranty claims by providing replacement parts, issuing return authorizations to repair, or replacing units at its discretion.   2. Q: Where can I buy parts?
    A: Contact your dealer or place of purchase. They'll be able to help identify and order the replacement parts you need. You may also try www.casualfs.com, a third party online dealer specializing in Treasure Garden repair parts.

  3. Q: Where can I get my umbrella repaired?
    A: Contact your dealer or place of purchase – their staff may be able to help with repairs.

  4. Q: How do I clean my umbrella/canopy?
    A: We strongly suggest doing routine maintenance on your products and storing them properly when not in use for an extended period. Brush off dirt and/or debris regularly. You may wash in cool water with mild soap, then allow to air dry. Do not expose to heat such as a dryer. Click here to download our Fabric Care and Cleaning Maintenance.

  5. Q: Do you sell a patch kit for the canopy or protective covers?
    A: We do not offer a patch kit, however for Sunbrella fabrics you may purchase up to 10 yards of our stocked Sunbrella fabrics through an authorized dealer. To locate an authorized dealer in your area, click here.

  6. Q: How do I store my umbrella in the winter?
    A: We recommend using one of our Protective Furniture Covers to keep off dirt and debris. If storing indoors during the winter, it is best to store inside a box away from dirt and debris. When storing make sure nothing heavy is stacked on it, especially the canopy structure.

  7. Q: Is my protective cover missing a storage pouch?
    A: Most covers have a convenient storage pouch sewn onto the inside of the cover. Fold protective cover up to the size of the storage pouch. Make sure storage pouch is on outside of folded bundle. Fold protective cover into storage pouch inside-out. Use velcro closure to close storage pouch.

  8. Q: I need a replacement canopy, how do I know what size I have?
    A: Contact your dealer or place of purchase and provide the model number located on your receipt. They will be able to suggest the proper canopy for your unit. If your receipt, has been misplaced you will want to provide your dealer with the rib measurements and and a full view photo of the unit for them to assess what model you own.   9. Q: How do I identify what model I have?
    A: Reference the instruction manual that came with your umbrella. The model name will be listed on the manual's cover. If you don't have the instruction manual, contact your dealer to help identify your model, or you can try to visually identify your umbrella by comparing it to other umbrellas on our website collection pages.

  10. Q: My item is not on your website, can I still get a replacement canopy or frame?
    A: Contact an authorized dealer for information. To locate an authorized dealer in your area, click here.

  11. Q: How do I register my umbrella?
    A: We do not have a place where you can register your umbrella, please keep your receipt for any future warranty concerns.

  12. Q: How do I store my umbrella in snowy conditions?
    A: We highly recommend removing umbrella from base and store in a dry protected place. Properly fold canopy, tie string around canopy and cover umbrella with with protective cover. Safely remove umbrella from base and store. This will prolong the life of your canopy and umbrella, and prevent any damages from occuring.

  13. Q: What is the rod for that I received with my cantilever?
    A: The rod is for your protective cover. Simply screw rods together and insert into slot of protective cover. Use rod in protective cover as a guide to reach up and over umbrella until covered. Pull on string and zip closed.

  14. Q: What is the difference between the AKZP and AKZ?
    A: The AKZP is our AKZ Plus Cantilever that features an infinite front to back and left to right tilt. The AKZ Cantilever only tilts left to right.

  15. Q: I have a Treasure Garden umbrella but I can't find my model on the website?
    A: If your model is not on the website, it means that the model has been discontinued or it is a specialty item not available to all dealers.

Treasure Garden items are designed for residential use and are not warranted for commercial applications (unless specified for Commercial use).

Limited Warranty Includes:
Powder coated finish, frame, ribs, finial, tilt, cord, crank handle, housing, canopy and rib pocket seams. If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period on any Treasure Garden product; Treasure Garden, at its option, will repair or replace the product without charge.

LIMITED WARRANTY Fabric (Furniture Grade):
The following fabric lines have a limited warranty against fading for:
5 years - Sunbrella®/Outdura®/Bliss
4 years - O'bravia®

What Is NOT Covered:
Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, or failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care, and any modification to product are not covered by this warranty.

Additionally, acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms) are not covered by this warranty. This warranty covers return freight of any warranted product only for the first year. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Closeout and promotional items sold by the dealer as is are not covered by this warranty.

Wind Damage:
Treasure Garden highly recommends that no umbrella, regardless of size or weight, ever be left unattended in the open position. In windy conditions, it is further recommended that umbrellas be closed, removed from their base, and stored, or laid horizontally. This will reduce the risk of damage to your umbrella, furniture, and other belongings or property. To ensure stability of your umbrella, please observe proper placement, and use sufficient weight (base). The Treasure Garden catalog contains minimum recommendations for necessary weight for each style. Keep umbrella properly secured to umbrella base at all times. Thoroughly read and follow all provided instruction manuals.

WIND DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER OUR LIMITED WARRANTY.

Irregularities in Production Process:
The possibility of "Irregularities" in the product surface may occur during the production process. However, these irregularities do not reduce the quality of the product. Treasure Garden monitors every stage of production to ensure a clean and consistent appearance on every part.

Rust:
Rust is a natural part of the aging process of all Steel or Iron based materials and is therefore NOT considered a defect. Treasure Garden Cast Iron & Steel plate bases are designed to require minimum maintenance. Bases should be kept clean.

Do not let dirt build up on the bases. Cleaning with mild soap and water, and seasonal touch-up of any scratches, chips or occasional rust seepage from crevices or hidden, un-finishable surfaces inherent in some designs is all that is required. Touch Up paint in matching frame colors are available through your retail dealer. Never leave bases standing in water. To keep your bases looking their best, you may wish to store them when not in use for an extended period of time.

Seaside and indoor pool usage:
CAUTION: Seaside and indoor pool use, salt & chlorides can accumulate on the powder coat finish, leading to finish failure. Failure or neglect to make needed cleanings may cause paint to blister, and such failure will void limited warranty.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM, VALANCE OR DESIGNER COVER STYLE UMBRELLAS.

THE SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

Fabric Care and Maintenance

General Information

100% Solution-Dyed Acrylic Fabrics:
Grade A

(Our exclusive 4800 series)
Limited warranty: 4 years against fading

MOST STAINS ON SOLUTION-DYED FABRICS CAN BE CLEANED UP WITH TREASURE GARDEN'S UPHOLSTERY & FABRIC CLEANER (TGC-UFC-32) OR A NATURAL MILD SOAP AND WATER SOLUTION. Solution-Dyed fabrics should be cleaned regularly before substances such as dirt, etc., are allowed to accumulate on and become embedded in the fabric. The fabric can be cleaned without being removed from the umbrella. Simply brush off any loose dirt, etc., clean with warm water (no more than 100° F) and a cleaner such as our Upholstery & Fabric Cleaner (TGC-UFC-32) or a mild natural soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove cleaner. It may be necessary to re-apply a water repellent treatment, such as our Upholstery & Fabric Protector (TGC-UFP-32). When washing or cleaning, DO NOT SUBJECT TO EXCESSIVE HEAT as the fabric will shrink. DO NOT STEAM PRESS OR DRY IN ELECTRIC OR GAS DRYERS. Allow fabric to air dry. In case Solution-Dyed fabrics are stored during the winter season, it should be cleaned, allowed to air dry and stored in a dry, well ventilated area. For stubborn stains, please see the stain cleaning chart below for more specific cleaning instructions.

Limited warranty:
1 year against fading and free of manufacturer's defects (stitching, elastics, velcro)
RhinoWeave fabric should be cleaned periodically with mild soap and water & scrub with soft brush. After cleaning, always rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
